Maschsee: My dear loop

Vetusta Morla

--EN--
On the occasion of my 500th lap given to this lake (which means 3.050 km) in the nearly 2 years I've been living in Hanover, I decided to make this tribute to the Maschsee.
Music is from Vetusta Morla, and the song (which makes you great) is because I managed to improve in its shores my marathon time in 14 minutes (for now).
But I will continue running around its shores for further improvement.

Boston Training

I don't need to visit Dr. Fuentes as some Germans told me (it's a joke) to be able to run in 2:40 ... I just need this training plan, and then ... Why do I fly so oft to Spain? I visit quite oft Spain, because I love my country, its food and its people.

Here you are my 13 weeks plan for marathon and its facts:
  • 13 weeks
  • 1052 km (81km/sem)
  • 75h
  • 4:16min/km

how to (NO) start a Marathon

This photo was taken after 700m from the Hannover Marathon 2014's start.
My best time is 2:45:44, and then I ran in Hannover -the city where I live-.
Good weather, good feelings, good mod and then you run the 1st km in 3:05 together the pros and African.
Result: your are not going to finish the race ...

Hard Time to be my friend

Marathon, why do we love you?
You have to sacrifice yourself for 3 months, to leave aside some things that really matter. Some people that really matter.
You must never forget that the brain is a big energy consumer, and that negative thoughts can decrease your performance. But do not worry, as Chema Martinez says: "Don't think, Run"
Running with BIB always requires self-confidence and faith that the work is already done. Why do I not trust me in others facets of my life?
No one said that running a marathon was easy; and training to reach this goal is even worse. In 3 months you'll have bad days, really bad days but also days you fell like flying; someone will tell you that since long time that you don't go out for a drink; you will say NO to your friend and family; you become obsessed with weight, and kilometers, and paces, and running shoes, and anything; Sunday morning will be the best moment of the week for a long training; and you want to be alone. And so much more small things.
You will run over 42 km, and when you will be close to cross that finish line your whole body crush and hurt, but the satisfaction that comes from crossing the finish line exceeds all possible evils. However, for an unknown reason, when the pains are passed -that happens normally when you take out your socks- you begin just to think about leading off another life's adventure, another marathon.

A trendy lonely Life (Meine trendige einsamen Leben)

--EN--
Today we can say that running is a trend. I love and practice it. Why is it a trend?
Cost, access, flexibility factor.
You’ll never be short of inspiration.
Outside world has never been more runner-friendly.
Initial conditions won’t matter.
the biggest factor that makes running trendy is that running is the only sport where everyone’s a winner. You create your goal, you beat your goals.
The Spanish language is also trendy. It is my maternal (and paternal) language.
Wherever you go around the world, someone will tell you the 5 words he knows
There are all-around language-courses, speak-tandem, language institutes and much more offers.
Spaniards around the world, is also a trend. I'm in Germany since 2007.
OK!! That's not exactly a trend, but since 2007 the number is greatly increased.
So, if I'm a trend, why am I so alone?

London Calling

It's time to change, to decide but also to smile.
Last weekend I visited Sheila @B'gham and I got "my marathon news" with a direct message: YOU'RE IN!
What should I do? There's loop question in my head. Today I gave myself an answer: RUN
Since OL-Marathon I didn't wear my #boostenergy, and today I decided to start to prepare the London Marathon. 4 month and 19 days have to wait to beat me again.
DAY ONE: 66kg - 16km - 1:21:38 Too much to improve
