Ayer corrí por primera vez un carrera ya típica en el calendario atlético de Hanover. La diferencia de esta carrera es que se corre en la feria de muestras, justo después que los últimos visitantes se marchen, y sólo quedan los trabajadores de los stands. Tomando bebidas y animando a los atletas que completarán 4 vueltas corriendo por los pasillos de moqueta.
Al final fui 5 con 37:55 sobre 10.5 km. Por equipos fuimos primeros, gracias a una organización estupenda de Paco.
Hoy me he despertado con una intoxicación (o eso creo) y estoy desecho, mareado.

-EN-Yesterday I ran for the first time a typical race in the Hanover's athletic calenda. What it makes different this race is that you run in the exhibition center (yes in the fair), just after the last visitors leave, only workers in their stands are taking some drinks and cheering up the athletes, who will complete the 4 running laps through the carpeted halls.
At the end I was fifth with 37:55 on 10.5 km.
Today I woke up with poisoning (or so I think) and I'm waste and dizzy.

Gestern lief ich zum ersten Mal ein typisches Rennen in der hannoverschen sportlichen Kalender. Was macht es anders ist, dass dies Rennen auf dem Messegelände und Halls ist. Kurz nach der letzten Besucher es verlassen hat, und nur die Arbeiter in ihre Stände (sie nehmen ein paar Drinks und an die Athleten anfeuern) sind. Nach 4 Runde und 10.5 km über die Teppichhallen beendete ich knapp unter 38 Minuten.
Am Ende waren wir 1. in die Mannschaftswertung.

Heute bin ich aufgewacht mit Vergiftung (so denke ich) und ich bin Fertig und schwindlig.
